SMAN SCREEN DETAILS -

"SMAN" vibrating screens are designed to make separation / filtration of crushed material from fine dust to oversized products. The screen body assembly consists of modular type bolted frame structures along with duly welded skid and support structures reducing the need for heavy concrete foundations for installation, the Eccentric mechanism of the screen is a unique design with both mechanisms mounted on the side body plates and connected to each other by a cardon shaft arrangement in the centre fitted with heavy duty double spherical bearings with dust & water tight seals, for efficient operation and low maintenance. The main drive motor mount is incorporated on the chassis for ease of maintenance.

The "SMAN" screens are driven by electric motor provided with the screen. The screen frame rest flexible on twelve spring units provide on support construction, so as the eliminate jerks to the supporting systems and to vibrate freely in a linear motion.

The angle of the throw screening action is adjusted with such design that it provide the same vibration to all parts of the screen in order to obtain proper filtration/ screening of crushed material of different sizes simultaneously while separating oversized product.

The action of "SMAN" vibrating screen is independent of burden of material. This is considered to be most salient features which results in a very high ratio of through output per unit of screen area.
